About Langston University

Langston University is a public historically black college in the small town of Langston, Oklahoma. It was founded in 1897 and has received acclaim for its choir and show band. In addition to its Langston campus, LU also has branches in the larger cities of Tulsa and Oklahoma City.

Langston University is well known for its agricultural research, especially the goat research performed at the E (Kika) de la Garza Center. The school offers associate's, bachelor's, master's, and doctoral degrees.
